As an fully remote intern I have been tasked with doing many things. I create custom landing pages using WordPress to generate 15-25k monthly email entries for sweepstakes campaigns. I also have been able to apply a lot of the skills from courses I've taken like A/B testing email copy and subject lines. This internship has prepared me to work in a fast-paced business environment.
As a content creator my team and I shot, directed, and edited long form videos for underrepresented and potential marketing students. The series of videos had a focus on highlighting underrepresented students and sharing diverse experiences in the program while sharing relevant information and resources for potential marketing students.
At the beginning of Covid, I was hired as a social media marketing intern. This internship gave me my first opportunity and I learned how to work fully remote and adjust to that environment just like everybody else. As an intern I curated UX designed content while maintaining brand values and identity. I also assisted with scheduling, organizing, and creating content weekly.
