I've had the pleasure of working with Nick in Western Washington University's Integrated Marketing Communications and he has simplified my job as a manager. He has high initiative coupled with his willingness to do hard tasks which makes him an invaluable member of the team that takes stress off of everyone. He learns quickly and searches for feedback and takes it well creating constant innovation and iteration. I am excited to see what he can guide his team to create next quarter and I know he will create change wherever he ends up.
